I ordered sony wireless headphone MDR-XB950B1 on 12/25/20, 2:51 PM at the time and paid Rs1299 online using credit card. The transaction is successful. Money debited from my card, got order details. But the order is . I got mdr-MDR-XB450 modelled duplicate headphone .In pic it was Sony branded, but I received some other local quality headphone. And even not got the ear buds also.

I have sent then mail on "[protected]@gmail.com" and even tried calling on their customer support but the number is also fake.
I want my money back.
