I order sony wireless headphone 21/12/2020 at the time 2.00pm and paid Rs1299 online banking .the transaction is successful.money debited my account.but the order not placed.no reaction for money recieved.but bank send message money transfer to avenues india private jtd Ref no to me what happend please solve my problem
