Assured Kart — Payment deducted but order not placed

Sir

Today on 07 Jan 20, I placed one order for bluetooth speaker JBL flip 3 with reference number[protected].

Payment of Rs 1199.00 was deducted from my acvount but in their record for order status it is still showing UNPAID.
please resolve the issue.
