Today we have received wrong shipment/material through Delivery courier. refer AWB no.[protected]. I was booked order no.[protected] on dt.01.01.2016 for woodland shoes but today received sandle pair & vim dittergent packet in box which is different as per my order . kindly look into this seriously . pick your wrong delivered material & provide me my correct ordered material i.e. woodland shoes AEAP. I intimated to customer care team same time when delivery bay was also there. customer care team confirms that it was otrder for woodland shoe but wrong material has been despatched, they will take care of this issue and resolved it ion next 72 hours. I Have seen same incident has occurs with others also and it seems that this is not a mistake.
but it is still not resolved and I am not getting any response from astradeal.
