I have paid Rs. 1270 for a pair of Woodlands shoe using my credit card.
My order number is[protected] and it is dated the 28th of June, 2016.
I have not received the shipment yet and the customer service number at Astrasmart.com is not reachable, I have been trying to call them since morning and have tried all options. I have also sent them an email and have registered a complaint on their website. None of them have been answered so far. Was this information helpful? | 
I am waiting for my Order #[protected] placed on www.astrasmart.com website, it shows status of my order as "processing". It is for Woodland Casual Shoes
It is more than 1 and half months that I placed the order and paid the money ( Rs1, 399.00 ) through credit card on June 28, 2016 9:18:06 PM IST.
Whenever I call the number displayed in their website it goes on Voice Mail and no one is there with whom I can communicate. When I send mail at the email id displayed in their website ([protected]@Astrasmart.com) the mail bounces.
There is no way to connect with the company and they have played fraud on me and most probably with 100's of more people.
Please be aware of this company and help me.
