Atcasa — Not able to track shipment

I had ordered a phone case on 19th October and made a payment of Rs 233. The order ID for the same is 24151. Now when I entered the order ID, it says invalid and I am not able to track the shipment. Also, I want to get a refund for the amount spent.

Kindly help me with the same.
