I ordered 2 phone cases and it never got delivered. It was non OTP delivery and they have the audacity to say it prob got delivered it’s not possible that it didn’t. I am the customer or her, the audacity to say consumer is wrong, unprofessional behaviour at peak. Seeing other bad reviews now ik they are such fraudsters should have seen these reviews...

SUCH A WORST EXP WITH ATCASA...I received a wrong product as attached...and they say its not their problem and no refund or exchange will be raised...they give silly reasons for their mistake...they gave 0% response to the complaint raised before 3week...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!👎🏻
They are really so rude and arrogant... They are making the people fools...

It's been more than two weeks i order a phone case from atcasa alongwith the payment of rs 390.
I mailed twice but they didn't respond till now....

I had ordered a phone case on 2 weeks ago and made a payment of Rs 252. The order ID for the same is 32632. Now when I entered the order ID, it says invalid and I am not able to track the shipment. Also, I want to get a refund for the amount spent....

I've placed an order on October 23 and it's been 1 month from now I didn't got my order also they told me refund Policy is not available...

I placed my order almost 1.5 months ago. The order was prepaid. And received an tracking id which is invalid. They aren't giving any update until now. No response when tried to contact them. I need a refund coz product don't seem to come any way...

I ordered my phone case two weeks back. I haven't received any further information regarding delivery . Even if contacted through their social media, there is no response....

I ordered the product then they placed order saying it’s available in stock now they are saying it’s out of stock then i asked to refund me but now they are refunding me...

Hello I have ordered 2 cases from your website of order number 86433 with full payment of 828 rupees but haven’t received any confirmation about the order and when tried to track the order using order number it’s saying invalid id. I tried contacting customer service through call, what’s app and Instagram but no response from any platform. Please look into it and either deliver my product or refund the amount kindly

Hi, I ordered a phone case back on 11th March its been more than a week there's no update on it even the tracking id is not working for me, i sent out 2 mails but no response, texted on WhatsApp no response, even tried to call the customer care again no response, can you please confirm the delivery date or I would request for a refund.

They sent me the wrong model. And when I wanted to reach customer service they are simply not replying.I want a refund. It's not my fault. It's their's.
