Atm Issue — amount was cut, but didn't come to hand

Respected, iam student who is studying in china, recently i have been tried to withdrawn 5000rs, but it doesn't came. It was on april 19 th at 7 30 in china tyming, this was the receipt i got. I waited for 48 hrs but still it was not refunded. My account details are account number :-[protected], lakkasani. Vishnuvardhan, kalikiri brank, chittor district. I have never been under this issue in ths china country
