Basu. [protected]@hotmail.com), purchased five orange trees at the rate of rs.5000 each on[protected]. The company had issued 8 post-dated orange warrants of each rs.
6250 dated 02-12 of every year from 1999 to 2006 for exchanging them by company's cheques within 30 days of due dates. I also bought 15 poplar trees against rs.15000 in1997. However, the company failed to keep their promise and did not pay a single rupee. Unfortunately i could not proceed with the matter owing to some family mishaps.
