Money not get refunded back after transaction got failed thru railyatri (Stelling Technologies)

I took a course on 18th march. but they are not started the class and when i tried to reach ACTE technologies no response. before pay everyone is picking up the call but now no one. Its very disappointed to me

I ordered acer aspire 7 from flipkart on 10 august and raised replacement on 12 due to defective screen. There was not response from them. On 17 i raised several complaints with them but nothing happened and today on 18 replacement got rejected with return policy expired

I'm from west Bengal. 1 month ago I have also received this call and they convinced me to join the job and I accepted the job proposal then they send me a link on whatsapp to download a app then tell me to sign in that app. Then after few minutes they send me a soft copy of legal paper that if I leave the job or now able to complete the work then I have to pay 10k rupees and and they are mailing me and sending messages from different numbers...

I updated my cv on quikr then i recieved a call from fam technologies. They provided me two links named as mac2cap and ask to download. Then they asked to send id proof and upload signature. After that they sent me agreement. Id and password. As i start working it was showing false information. I asked them to cancel my registration they asked me to pay 6900 as penalty and 9000 cancellation amount. Other wise they will take legal action. Plz help me.

I have received an part time job offer to work as a captcha entry operator and they offered me 10, 000 captcha entry and for each captcha 2.25 rupees for ten days of work and
They asked me to send aadhar photo for details in wattsup
And they send me to install 2 apps via wattsup
Then they made call to me and talking with me and said to click 3 options and sign and 2 options for photo
Aftet the call iam came to know they made me aggrement without my concern
After uploading they said they will call me back and says what and how to do work

After 10 days they sending message that we had made a complaint against you and they are threatening me., not only me daily some thousand of consumers are getting harrased by these people and looting the money of people and creating unsafe conditions for people and some are even threatening as they are lawyers and asking hefty amounts for repay
And i realize that they are some blackmailing persons and i warn them with my influence but after 10months ie now i received a notice came from gujarat in a post what can i do now sir

I am akhil. A person named anuj patel, referring himself as advocate is demanding money on behalf of their fraud company named n tech company. Initially they take my signature and id proof (Adhaar card) for giving me data entry job. They didn't inform me that they are taking agreement from me by the signature done by me. Even when i searched about that company on google. The similar named company only provide jobs to it or cse bachelorette students. So i ignored their given work and even didn't started that but now they are demanding money from me and also giving threats. They have also filed a case but i think that is also fake. Please help me out.

1. Few days back i got a call by a company for a part time job.

2. Then a company named webpro pvt. Ltd contacted me and said that it is a very easy job that you have to open 150 links daily and we will pay you 14000 per month and if i wont be able to do that in time i have to pay them 3000 rupees as penalty.

3. I thought that it is a genuine company so i accepted their terms and conditions and as id proof i gave them my aadhar card picture and agreed to work on it.

4. They then mailed me their contract and agreement letter. So after that they gave me id and password and i started working on it.

5. I did my work very carefully and submitted it. But after 10 days when they sent me failed qc report, i noticed that they even cancelled and marked wrong in my absolute correct pages too.

6. So on the same day i have called them on the 10th day of my work by
4 o clock when i am getting a pop up contact admin.i contact them via mail and call and they assured me that work is successfully done and submitted correctly and i will get a call tomorrow for payment regarding but unfortunately i got a mail regarding uncompleted work.
i also contacted their company for asking them why did they do so, but they said its my fault. On the same day, i got a threatening call and msgs from [protected] saying that as i have failed to do my work, i have to pay the company otherwise they will send me their legal notice and after that issue of warrant will get lodged against me and my case will be further taken to court.

7. So now please tell me what do i do in this fraud case ?

My name is suman ghosh. I joined a part time captcha entry work from quikr. They said that i have to enter 10000 captcha within 10 days and 90% should be correct if not i have to pay 5000 rupees. They send me link for to download the app and then agreement. I had my doubts in the beginning because they were eager to register me and was agreed to give me 22000 rupees for captcha entry. I started working and about when 160 captchas was entered it would reset to zero and i called them and enquired about it. They said it was being recorded. Then i found that this was a fraud captcha entry and i blocked them. Now after 10 days they are messaging me and now advocate called and said they are going to prosecute me or i have to pay 5000 rupees. What should i do. Help me resolve this situation.pls help me

The money was paid on[protected] amount Rs 10, 000 with an agreement to help my paper work done for the whole process (the process was well communicated in email that there will be no additional charges whatsoever) however they denied to finish my work and wanted me to pay some more money which as not according to our agreement. The person I made an agreement name is Mani and I tried to call them to resolve the issue they started turning around and promised me callback but never received once.
Never got the money back

This so called company frantic technologies opc private limited based gurgoan company is a fraud company they have taken 30000 from me and said they will give us data entry project of govt o[censored]ttar pradesh soil health card which was launched by narender singh modi in 2015.. They have also showed me a live centre which is already doing the work in hyderabad and few days later even frantic is not paying the payment to hyderabad centre... I have come across centres where they paid 2 lakhs to the frantic and bills are pending with them. Now they are saying they will pay our bills later and killing time..

I want even the govt to interfere in this as these bloody people are cheating public on name of govt..
