Atom Tech — Non Payment of School Fees, but amount debited

I have paid ₹8388/- as tution fees of my ward on 05th January, 2021, but it has not been credited in school app dashboard...but I have recieved a mail that my transaction was successful and the money is deducted from the account... please do help out with this... I have launched online complaint and mail. But bo support
