[Resolved]  Atom Tech — misselling and no support

Hi

Would like to make a complain against the above mentioned company Atom technology. the company states that we could get discounted tickets if booked through them.
Dated: 5th July 2009 -After i had placed a purchase of movie tickets with the seat nos as 17 /18 and 19.. however the online portal went ahead and completed the transaction with the confirmation of seat nos 18, 22 and 23.
This is one complain.

The second complain is that, when we tried to call the help line mentioned on the sms we were not able to contact anyone

T +[protected] recvd a msg saying that " we are closed)

This is to register a complain that the company first mis sold us the tickets and then does not have a support function in place to provide help to it's customer

Please revert with action taken

The same happened to us, we booked a train ticket but did not recv the e ticket. When contacted the helpline, reply was number not in use.helpline [protected] seem to be a wrong no. given in the site

I would like to make everyone aware that how pathetic services i have been experienced from company
''Atom Technology''.

Atom technology is leading payment gateway company. As per the nature of my business i required Payment Gateway and for the same reason i contacted ''Atom Technology'' and they promised me that they will provide the gateway maximum in 15 days after successful documentation. I said Ok to them and completed all the formalities as per their company norms. Mr 'Sumit Suri' was the employee from ''Atom'' who took all my company documents as per requirements and promised to get live in 15 days. I trusted them and waited for 15 days and in the mean time i promised my Vendors that we will get live in 15 days and we had done all plannings as per the Atom's Commitment. In between i got a call from a lady and her name was ''Divya'' and she discussed that we will get it done very soon for me and also she said i can be in touch with her for any further support.I said ok. After 15 days i called Divya to get the updates then she said it will take one more week because few details are suppose to come from other banks.I said ok...i extended my further plans for one more week.When i called her a week she said i am trying sir as its taking more time and she didn't give me any reason for delay.Later again i tried to get update her behavior was very casual and she was not serious towards her commitments. Later she stop attending my calls as well..After chasing for almost one and half months i got confirmation from Mumbai office of Atom that will get live soon...i said ok and then waited..Finally
after two months i was confirmed that they are not serious.. and i said that i dont want any gateway.
Now Just because of Atom Technology i waited for 2 months and in this time i lost the trust of my vendors from my company..Then Divya called me and said i need to coordinate with Mr Sumit Suri(he is the one who did all paper works) because he has not deposited the cheque which i gave to him at beginning..Then i asked why should i call him if he is from the same company from where you are.

Unwanted expense i bearded.. Like office rent and employee salary..because of Atom Technology.

I want people to be aware from such unprofessional companies.
