I was working with Atos from Sep'2009 to Jan'2013. My EPFO Ac with ATOS is KD/MAL/0005105/00A/0005859.
Some balance of my EPF Contribution is still there in the above mentioned EPF Account.
In March 2020, when I started communicating with the PF helpdesk of Atos to update my KYC details (like DOJ, DOB, DOL etc.) in EPFO portal, after several follow ups, no action has been taken Atos PF Helpdesk.
please resolve this issue, so that I can request my current employer to transfer/ merge the amount to my current UAN.
Atos customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
