Atos — Fraud Job offer released by Rajnikant Tiwari(Atos hr recruiter-Pune)

Dear Concern, I was working with one of domestic company in Hyderabad as a software engineer. One of my friend referred my resume to Mr Rajnikant Tiwari (Hr Recruiter Atos India Pune).After that Mr Rajnikat tiwari had done my Telephonic Interview(Technical done by Manish Singh & Hr round taken by Rajnikant Tiwati). After that i got offer Letter from Atos( email id-rajnikant.tiwari.[protected]@atos.net) than Mr Rajnikant Tiwari asked me through my friend you need to pay Rs 1, 20, 000(one lakh twenty thousand) for the certification than only your joining formalities will be successfully happened. so i paid complete amount through my friend account i have statement also. while i went for joining in Atos Hinjewadi Pune then my name is not there in joining list. with me i got 6 more person with same problem . after that we contacted to Hr head in the company than Hr head told us we already terminated Mr Rajnikant Tiwari and we are taking legal action on him behalf of that offer letter. after that we all contacted to Rajnikant tiwari then he assured us don't worry you will get your joining within a week and he introduced one Layer (Yogen Kakade-Baner pune) layer also said don't worry you will get your joining within a week. next day Rajnikant tiwari said us you need to join protest against Atos Joining through Yogen Kakade -Layer, so we all came to Embessy Tech zone Outside and we all joined that protest from morning to evening . again evening that layer said us, i got call from company hr head they r ready to give you joining in next week so you can leave the protest then we went from there. Again we all contacted next week to Rajnikant tiwari then he said contact to my layer for your joining while we contacted to layer he said it will take 15 days of time. after that we all received mail from ATos That your offer letter is not a genuine. after that we all r asking money back from Rajnikant Tiwari but he is saying i will not return back ur money whatever u want u can do.
