Atos Selling Fan is not working....

I want to change or replace my mixer this mixer is also in guarantee period...

No work fan...

We have ordered this product recently but after some it got damaged so kindly replaced this item....

The gas geyser manufactured by your Athots company is not working for a single moment, it will get the input water and heater gets switched on and immediately it will get switches off automatically and further the supply of cold water in the pipeline will continue till the tap closure.
Not used even a single time after purchasing the product is retained as it is with the package box received in the brand new condition only....

Mixi not working last 4 weeks.
Product purchase date 2023 April 29...

I got selected in Atos Global in August 2022 and I got my Loi, I have completed atos rise training and i have completed doc verification. Since August 2022 Iam waiting for onboarding, because of this company i rejected other offers.
I need know the exact date of onboarding or will they onboard us.
I kindly requesting you response the complaint as soon as possible....
