Atos — I'm complaining about My Product not Working properly with 20days of purchase

I bought a fan from Atos, by July 21 through Flipkart. With in 20 days it's not be working and producing very noisy, i complaint through customer care of atos they are not responding properly and in decent behaviour. So I need to return and I need my money back. Else I'm planing to file a complaint against Flipkart and Atos in a legal way.
