I purchased an iron from your brand via Flipkart two months ago. Unfortunately, it recently started emitting smoke unexpectedly, and since then, it has stopped functioning.

I have tried reaching out to the contact numbers provided by your company, but I have been unable to connect. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest, either by repairing or replacing the product under warranty.
