I am writing this email with extreme disappointment regarding my recent purchase of Athots Powerful Hybrid 550 W Mixer Grinder (Order ID: OD[protected].

The product stopped working within just 2 months of purchase, even though it is still under warranty. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor product quality.

I contacted customer care, and instead of resolving my issue, I was asked to visit the seller’s service center. However, I am located in Odisha, and the available service centers are in cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bangalore. It is highly unreasonable to expect a customer to spend ₹5, 000–₹7, 000 on travel for a product worth only ₹1, 000, with no guarantee of resolution.

This kind of response is extremely disappointing and not at all customer-friendly.

I have been a regular Flipkart customer for a long time, but this has been my worst experience ever. I feel completely let down by the support provided in this case.

I request you to take immediate action and provide one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the defective product, OR

Full refund of the amount paid
Additionally, the seller contact number provided by your customer support is
always not reachable, making it impossible for me to connect with the service
center or get any assistance. This further adds to the inconvenience
and reflects
poor after-sales support.
