On 31.03.2014 I received a phone call from Mr Prashant Sharma Business Co-ordinator from atozshoppinghub.com . I logged in to their site and selected the product SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL- SAMSUNG GALAXY GARND 2 price as mentioned on their website itself but the caller assured me to get me a deal for as low as 16000.00. they assured that they would send me the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 handset of my choice. Along with that there were also some freebies like 16GB memory card, flip cover, blue tooth etc. They guided me throughout the process of online purchase. I then made the full payment of Rs. 16000.00 online through my Axis Bank Debit card. I immediately received their acknowledgement and order confirmation with Reference no. 77779, EBS Payment ID 24113054, Payment Mode IDBI Bank, Merchant Website atozshoppinghub.com by their emails. when I called their customer care at[protected] they replied that product was not in stock and it would take another 5 days to come. Then I wrote to them twice at [protected]@atozshoppinghub.com regarding the status of dispatch and requested them for the refund of my money if they are not able to send the ordered item. They did not reply to any of my emails. In between 3 month I contact with this cell no Dipak sharma [protected] / [protected], Sumit sharma [protected], Rahul [protected], Rajiv [protected], Amandip shingh [protected]. And they are only giving reason for not sending of my Phone. Please help in this matter.
