Then I purchased 2 products wroth 3702/- online vide Order ID[protected] dt.13/01/2017, and payment transfer through net banking. He assured to dispatch with free LAPTOP (DELL I5) on 15th, then18th, then 20th, 24th, then 28th, then 1.2.2017, then 8, 2, 2017, then 10.2.2017, but now they switched off customer care no.[protected] mentioned on site.
Please advice what to do with this kind of persons????
should they be punished with high penality??
