Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received call from Mr. Prince (17.04.2014, 17:30), regarding company promotional offer from number [protected] of ATOZ Shopping hub pvt. ltd. regarding 30 to 40 % discount for purchasing of any electronic product. He ask me regarding mobile, type, feature etc, I shown interest in Gionee Elife E7 16GB. After few minute, I got call from same number (17.04.2014, 17:45), but this time Devid had called me. He told me that “they have “offer of the day” for “Gionee Elife E7 16GB” and few mobile set are in stock. So, I placed order of “Gionee Elife E7 16GB” at the price of 16999 Rs plus 5 rs total 17004 Rs. The total amount I paid through the Credit Card. He guided me to complete the process. He have given assurance that I will receive the mobile on 19.04.2014 and dispatch details by 18.04.2014.
On 18.04.2014, when I called to same number, that number was not in service. So I called on other number they have given[protected], I talk with Nisha, She told me that My Product is gone for Insurance and by Monday, I will get the product, .after that day I called nearly 30 to 40 times to customer care for confirmation mail or Delivery date or final date or refund, but every time they (Nisha & Divya) were giving the dates only. But from 5th may all numbers are not working. No contact with ATOZ Shopping hub pvt ltd, nobody is replying to mails. My order no. is[protected].
Till today I have not received my product, nor refund, not a single call regarding my product from ATOZ SHOPPING HUB.COM. They are not responded to any type of communication, I need help to get the refund from ATOZ SHOPPING HUB.COM. Please help me & others to get the refund.
