[Resolved] Atozshoppinghub.com — Fraud company cheated me for Rs. 49000

I received a call on April 18, 2014 from AtoZshoppinghub.com to buy electronic products. That person gave me lucrative offers and I decided to buy Sony Xperia Zl. He also suggested many deals to me that I can win prizes worth Rs. 4 lacs. I made two transactions with this company worth a total of Rs. 49000 (one for Rs 19000-order No is [protected] and another for Rs. 30000 -order No is [protected]) through my credit card on April 18, 2014.Since then neither have I received any products from them nor these fraudsters pick my call anymore. Their nos. are either switched off or invalid. Some of their contact nos. through which I got calls from them are[protected],[protected], [protected]. Please don't buy anything from this fraud company. I am thinking of filing a consumer complaint in consumer forum to catch hold of theses guys. Thanks. Ali

Dear Friends This is shame on all o[censored]s that we in this cyber world are being fooled by this fraud company. And this is hike that still this company is working and making fool. In my opinion we must do
- Complain at cyber cell at respective state
- Complaib at Noida Cyber crime cell because this company's address is at Noida.
- Call at Cyber crime officer at Noida [protected], [protected]
- Lodge FIR at your station, if any body has lodge kindly attach copy
- Lodge in Akosha cyber complain
- Complain at Consumer court
- Write a legal letter
- Complain at EBS system
- Complain at Credit card concern bank
- Aware your friends at Facebook/Twitter/Whatsup every where share about this company not only this company all such type.
They are enjoying with our money, last time when I call on company's number [protected] Mr Deepak sharma on other side told me "today I am on leave and drinking wine" So guys this is time to become unite and do what we can

दिनांक 8/12/16 को A to Z कंपनी के मोबाइल नंबर [protected] से मेरे मोबाइल पर फ़ोन आया और कंपनी के द्वारा atoz कंपनी के बारे में बताया गया और कहा गया इस इस कंपनी के द्वारा ऑनलाइन शौपिंग करने पर गिफ्ट दिया जा रहा है और मुझे कंपनी के द्वारा मेल भी किया गया जिसमे प्रोडक्ट और गिफ्ट के बारे में जानकारी थी | उसके बाद मैंने 3698 रुपए का hp प्रिंटर शौपिंग किया जिसमे मुझे sony लेड टीवी गिफ्ट दिया गया | कंपनी के द्वारा मुझे dtdc कूरियर का ट्रैकिंग नंबर Z09776057 दिया गया| जब कूरियर देघर पंहुचा तो मैंने dtdc कूरियर वाले से पूछा की कूरियर में क्या है तो उसने बताया के इसके अन्दर बर्तन सेट है | तो मैंने कूरियर रिसीव नहीं किया और a to z कंपनी को कॉल करके बोला की आपके द्वारा गलत पार्सल भेजा गया है तो वो बोला की 3698 रुपए में क्या खोजते है और रिप्लाई देना बंद कर दिया | मेरे पास कंपनी द्वारा बात की सारी कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग है अवेम उसके द्वारा मेल के सारी कॉपी है और मेरे द्वारा पैसा transaction की डिटेल है| कंपनी की दूसरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है| please उचित कारवाही करे | मै यहाँ के पुलिस स्टेशन में complain भी कराने जा रहा हु |
