On 16.04.2014 I received a phone call from atozshoppinghub.com who were persuading me hard for online shopping through atozshoppinghub.com and in turn I would get the best deals and great discounts on future purchases too.
On 17.04.2014 I logged in to their site (www.atozshoppinghub.com) and online purchased the product Micromax Canvas Knight A350. Along with that there were also some freebies like 16GB memory card, flip cover, bluetooth etc.
They guided me throughout the process of online purchase. I then made the full payment of Rs. 15000.00 online through my HDFC Bank credit card. I immediately received their acknowledgement and order confirmation with reference no.[protected] by their emails.
At the time of booking I have been told that the product will be delivered in 5 working days.
So after 5 days when I called their customer care at[protected] they replied that product was not in stock and it would take another 5 days to come. Again I waited for 5 days & called back to them. In turn I got the same answer from them that product is not in stock and it would take another 3 to 4 days to come. This was continue after .Then I wrote to them twice at [protected]@atozshoppinghub.com regarding the status of dispatch and requested them for the refund of my money if they are not able to send the ordered item.
They did not replied to any of my emails. Now they are not receiving calls also. Was this information helpful? |
When again contacted it was informed that its not yet delivered and as its out of stock it will be delivered by Monday. But yet its not received so we have informed them to cancel our order and refund the money but neither its refund nor we have received product. We have paid 5005.00.
