I am not your customer nor a subscriber for your internet or broadband belonging to your company ACT . There have been 2 ACT junctions boxes installed in our Apartments and connected to our watchman room and I AM PAYING THE ELECTRICITY BILL FOR THE SERVICE I AM NOT USING.. Why Should I pay the electricity bill for your customers who are enjoying the internet at my expense? There are 18 cables going from the 2 ACT junctions boxes from our watchman room i am requesting you to remove those ACT junction boxes from the watchman room and install them INSIDE your customers' flats or homes and let them pay the electricity bill INSTEAD ME PAYING FOR THEM I HOPE SOMEONE TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY AND ACT AS I HAVE TO KEEP CC TO ALL THE HELP CENTERS IN INDIA TO UNDERSTAND MY AGONY AND HOPING SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON FROM YOUR COMPANY HELPS ME AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE . If there is no action from your end then I have to check with legal options or go to consumer court for justice against your company for leaching me of my hard earned money for the service i am not using at ALL.
