Ats Infrastructure — Delay in handover of Flat in Tower No 8 | |
I have booked the flat in tower No 8 in Derabassi in Feb 2016 and was promised to handover the flat in 36+6 months. Now after 65 months I have received the letter that work has been resumed and on enquiry it has found that only basement is still under construction and there is no hope in near future. I m a retired defence force person and still living in rented accommodation. I have already paid 50% cost of the flat. 2. I m paying loan EMIs and rent.
