I am highly frustrated with ATS builder as I they are the biggest frauds I have come across .
In 2019, the project ATS GRANDSTAND was pre launched by ATS green and i invested in the project with a promise of project getting ready by 2024.
I paid initial down payment of 15 lakhs back in 2019 post which it’s been a struggle to even get a contact who can give clarity on what is the progress on the project and what’s happening to my money that I invested in the project

There is no professional team and the people you get on a call with are rude and not even telling you the status of the project .

In relation to the aforementioned subject, this is to bring to your notice that the project team and the maintenance team have not yet finished the snagging and balancing work despite having accomplished all dues and compliances.

Please see the list of complaints that were shared with the maintenance team below for your convenience.Please notice that after numerous follow-ups, the maintenance team has retracted our expressed issue and requested that you contact the project team and the head office.
Looking for your support on this matter, as we have tried all possible communication with the maintenance team and project team based here and we are only left with pursuing these issues with Legal help.
1. Broken WC Installed in one bathroom.Black water leakage on toilet floor.

I had purchased a Shop from ATS Infrastructure Limited in ATS Kingshood Drive Project sometimes in 2016-17 and had made significant amount o[censored]pfront payment. The scheduled delivery of the flat was in 2019-20, however, despite several attempts and enquiries I was unable to get an exact time of delivery without satisfactory explantion on the delay. In the original sale of agreement, a clause of interest payment in case of delayed delivery...

In ATS Triumph, sector 104, Gurugram, Tower 2, there is open sewage tank which is breeding mosquitoes and is severe health hazard. Dogs are also visiting the tank. Inspite of repeated messages and requests for rectification, ATS Triumph management has failed to action.

Sewer Line is damaged and blocked by the plot no.15 and 17 or choked in front of our building due this sewer water overflow and comes on the road in front of our building and also leaked in our under ground HT Penal, this can be make danger any time. We complained too many times but there is no any sewer line repair work done from a long time its been more then 03 year we have been facing this problem and complained too many times but no response from the department.only formalities are completed every time. Please look at the seriousness of the situation and ordered to repair the damaged and blocked sewer line.

I had bought a flat in 2014 under subvention scheme in Sec 121 Mohali, Flat No 10022, tower 10. The possession of the flat has been delayed indefinitely since the last 2 years. Multiple emails and messages have been sent but no action has been taken till date. The sole reason of the delay being:

1. Adjustment of first 6 months EMI installments in the BSP of the flat
2. ATS is in possession of 15 lacs amount from us since 2014. Neither has the amount been refunded, nor adjusted in the flat possession even after repeated requests and followups
3. Massive interest being levied as a result of this delay which is not a fault at my end, rather on the company front

Requesting the management to kindly look into the matter and provide quick solution to the issue

Sir, I made payment of EOI of Rs.50, 000/- for grand stand Dwarka Express way on 14.05.2021. Due tosome family issues, I was not in position to book flat. Refund of my EOI of Rs.50, 000/- is pending more than six months. Madam Tanya Head of CRM was contacted by me but there was no result. Kindly arrange for refund of my Rs.50, 000/-

I have bought a flat in ATS Prestine II in March 2019 with assurance of possession in November- December 2019. As I was looking for ready to move in flat, but because of only 6-9 months waiting I bought this flat. Since then possession is delayed, no responsible person is contacting me to explain exactly till when possession will be given. Always given that after 3 months you will get possession, it’s pathetic response from a reputed builder like ATS. I am a super speciality doctor, who was working in Delhi till last year, but I was assured that in February I will get my flat, I switched my job in noida, and due to delay in possession I have been doing up and down from Delhi to noida -2 times daily . If you guys told me that it will take 1 year then I can shift to a rented home in noida only. Kindly give proper explanation to customer if there is a delay due to any reason. Looking forward for reply. Otherwise I will take legal action as well.

Dear Sir,
Good day,
I am the owner of 8163 in ATS one hamlet, Noida. I was allotted two parkings since I bought this house in year 2015, one was in first basement and other was in second basement. Everything was fine but in August 2021 i went to park my vehicle in first basement, I could not find my parking. My house number plate (plate on the ground) was removed and a new flat number 8041 was painted on pillar close to my parking. The flat number on pillar was freshly painted black with yellow back ground and it’s colour was different from earlier one.
When I asked to Mr. Mayank Anand (Ats one hamlet facility manager) regarding this. He said you have two parkings back to back in second basement. Back to back parking have a pillar on one side. The inside car can not be removed unless I remove my first car. I knew he is utterly lying, I asked him few questions to reply me on mail, which are as follows.

1- Please send me the original map of parking allotted to owners in[protected].
2- Please confirm whether this parking in first basement was allotted to me in 2015 or not.
3- When (date) was this parking in first basement allotted to someone.
4- How this parking in first basement was allotted to someone else without informing me.

I had sent the mail to him on 15th Aug 2021, he has still not replied to me. I sent reminders and spoke to him on phone but he still did not budge. I also took up the matter to Mr. Prabhat Shrivastava (his boss) He sent a mail to Mr. Mayank asking him to reply but Mayank still did not comply. I also spoke to Mr. Prabhat in phone, he said he will talk to Mayank but nothing happened. I can send you all the documentary proof with regard to mail correspondences I had with them but they did not reply to my single mail.

My parking has been taken away fro me without my knowledge and they don’t have time to reply to my single mail. I request you to kindly investigate the matter thoroughly and provide justice to me. I also look upon to bring the culprits behind bars so that they don’t dare do this to common man. I also request me to provide suitable compensation for the mental agony it has caused me.

I have booked the flat in tower No 8 in Derabassi in Feb 2016 and was promised to handover the flat in 36+6 months. Now after 65 months I have received the letter that work has been resumed and on enquiry it has found that only basement is still under construction and there is no hope in near future. I m a retired defence force person and still living in rented accommodation. I have already paid 50% cost of the flat.

2. I m paying loan EMIs and rent. I may please be allotted ready to move accommodation for living or pay monthly rent at the earliest.

I booked a flat in ATS Casa Espana, Mohali project in the year 2016. I was promised that possession will happen in 36+6 months. It is over 60 months now and there is no visibility of possession in near future.
I have paid 70% of the price of flat and currently paying both rent as well as EMI.
Its a huge mental harassment.
Now my request to ATS management is as follows - There are many unsold units in the posession delivered towers of the project. ATS should alot me one of the ready to move in flats and adjust the payment made by me. I am ready to make balance payment.
This should not be a big deal for ATS and they should consider it

We have a flat at ATS casa Espana Mohali vide unit number 7052, despite repeated reminders no one at mohali is sending us the CAM bills from April 2020 to May 2021 for which we have made the payment.

Every one is passing the duty and giving a new number to contact, we wonder how a professional company like yours can treat the customer like this. Hope some one will resolve and contact us.

I need help on refund. I had paid one instalment of 3.50Lac towards initial payment . Then news of project not taking off and i did not make any further payments. Approached office multiple times and requested for refund multiple time but nothing happened. Now i heared that investors who were cheated have been paid back. I have no contact or update on how to claim refund after the Court orders. Pl reach out to me and help me. Any investor who has got the refund .

A notice is issued that we cannot take ou r pets for playing or leisure in the parks or other green area. The concern is about pet urinating or pooping within the society.
Kindly understand that pets cannot hold urine for so long. The distance between the tower and gate is long and once the pet is out, it would like to relieve itself. As far as pooping is concerned, the pet is always taken outside the society. In case the pet litters the society, we owners clean it up with a scooper.
Banning pets from green areas, lifts, park or stating what kind of pet can or cannot be adopted is illegal by the constitution of India. Kindly refer to section 503 Indian penal code 1840 and also the Animal Welfare Board of India’s circular of 2014.
By putting up notices like these give other residents a reason to harass pet owners and cause unrest in the society. I request you to take up this issue with the maintenance department to ensure all living beings and residents are treated fairly.

This is my 5th email to you in last 5 days which has not received any response till date.

To those who are new to this email thread, I was looking out for a property and came across an Ad for “ATS Grandstand” in Gurgaon near Dwarka expressway. Just like everyone I also know what ATS is what kind of construction they have done in the past years and it is a big name in Noida already but little did I know about the kind of customer service they have to offer. I was interested in the project suggested to me by Amit Pandey and Varun Bageja and I booked a unit# 3114 in their phase 1 by transferring an amount of 51, 000 as token( the receipt has not been received from ATS yet and its been 5 days).

The next day my father who is a heart patient got serious and I had to take him to hospital and got to know that his condition is worst than we thought and he need immediate medical assistance. I obviously told the ATS Sales representative – Mr. Amit Singh that I have a lot to deal with right now which will incur a lot of financial cost and I cannot continue with the purchase and would like to get a refund, to which he straight away gave me a NO WAY ! response and said that I will not get anything in refund out of my 51, 000 that I paid in favour of “ATS Realworth Private Limited” account, is it so that I will not get my money back which I gave you as an interest of purchase from a builder with such a Brand name ????

I decided to write to some people in my initial email, out of which Kulpreet Chandoke reached out and also told me that I will not get my money back and that even people who have paid 10% of the total cost weren’t able to get a refund, WOW !!! I am not sure if this email will reach the right people and if any action will be taken in regards to processing my refund but I will pursue this even if I have to reach out to RERA or to take a legal action against the people who have lied and provided false information to me.

We purchased an apartment in ATS Greens Paradiso in April 2020. The apartment is in a fully occupied complex of almost 1000 residents. ATS sold us the apartment keeping us in the dark about outstanding dues amounting to almost 6 lakh rupees. As we tried to undertake furbishing work in the apartment after taking over from ATS, the RWA refused us permission to carry out any work till the dues were cleared. I promptly conveyed the same to the ATS infra management who got the matter resolved only temporarily. We were completely in dark about this. Now as the work is in advance stage and nearing completion the RWA has disconnected electricity supply to our apartment bringing all the work to a halt. We are told that ATS only asked for delayed payment of the dues and actually never cleared them. Now I am running behind these people to get matters resolved as soon as possible but it has been a week now and all I hear is that it will get resolved. And all they are doing is requesting the RWA to allow us to work with some.more time needed to make the payment. To even give such an excuse is so shameful. A company of such stature is making excuses for not paying 6 lakh rupees for an apartment they sold to us for such a huge amount. My attempts to.contact the senior management has been fruitless and there is only one point of contact who now refuses to pick my calls. The house payment to ATS is complete since August and since then I am paying EMI, rent for my existing rented apartment, society tax for both the societies. Such a harrowing experience surely will lead to a legal action against them. I really tried to be patient with them but now their attitude is totally unacceptable.

I have booked a flat at Dera Bassi and made a payment of Rs. 41.78 Lakhs. When i visited the office theu said the project may be delayed by one and half year so o requestes to privide me a letter regardinf this so i can defer my loan insallments.

O have continously follow-up with Mr. Vineet Gupta through mails and telephone but no letter has been provided till date.

I had booked a flat in tower number 8 (lifestyle) on Mar'16 with commitment that same will be delivered within 48 months. Still construction is held up and not getting satisfactory reply from project office. Also confirm if I can switch to any other tower which may get completed in next 12 months time with differences and availability. Actually I am paying interest as well rent presently, need your help to come out from...

We have applied for ATS Bouquet last year in Sept and were promised to get possession in Dec 2019 time frame.

Now it is Nov 2020 and we have not got the possession. Now even no one is responding back on our mails and phones. We have called Siddharth ([protected]) multiple time and sent message, but he is not reverting back and not picking our phone calls.

Even not reverting back on our emails also.

We want to get our money refunded with interest and we can't delay our office any more.
