I ordered on 30th November 2022. Hoever, no sign of delivery yet. Called the customer care no. from their website several times ... but the call gets disconnected mid-way through the IVR. Sent an e-mail as well as a couple of whatsapp messages. however, no response from there as well.
Seems that this could be s fraudulent scam. The cancel button on the website is greyed out out and there is no way to cancel the order.
Can someone please help me to get the either the product or the refund.?
