An order has been placed on October 22, 2023. The order includes - one pair Brown colour formal lace-up & one pair Oxford brown formal for the price of 1738.26 INR. The order no of the products is 799492. On 15th January 2024, I have received an update regarding the dispatch of the products from the company wearhouse. However, I have received an wrong item on 15th of January 2024.

I ordered on 30th November 2022. Hoever, no sign of delivery yet. Called the customer care no. from their website several times ... but the call gets disconnected mid-way through the IVR. Sent an e-mail as well as a couple of whatsapp messages. however, no response from there as well.

Seems that this could be s fraudulent scam. The cancel button on the website is greyed out out and there is no...

This company makes u wait very long and after that cancells order themselves with no refund
