I booked an order no 526777 for shoes on 15 march 2023 for Rs999/- which was delivered after a few days of order. As the size did not fit properly I requested return, which was accepted and picked up from me. But instead of refund they issued store credit.
In order to use store credit I ordered (n0. 551820) another shoes for Rs 999/- on 30/03/2023 and they charged Rs 100/- shipping which was paid by me, but after too much follow up, the order was cancelled by them without any consent and did not refund the amount. I feel cheated by the firm .Details from their site is as under
