I am writing to file a formal complaint against Attitudist for their failure to deliver my order placed on April 23rd, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their customer service team, I have not received my order, nor have I received a satisfactory resolution.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, and while they have acknowledged the delay and provided an option to cancel the order, they have not taken appropriate action to either expedite the delivery or process a refund. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I request that Attitudist either deliver my order immediately or provide a full refund. Please find attached copies of all relevant correspondence and order details.

I have ordered foot wear online (Order No.905106) with Attitudist in Mar 2024, not been delivered as on date. Website shows unfulfilled order but return not available. Even after repeated requests and reminders, they have neither delivered the product nor returned the money. I suspect it is a fake website cheating the consumers....

Sir, I have ordered a pair of shoes from Attitudist online shopping site on 28 May 2024 vide order No. 953182. I have already paid the cost of shoes (Rs. 659.24) through online mode. (Details of payment available with me). But still 04 Jun 2024 they have not updated/convey the dispatch details of item. So I sent them an email on their customer care site ([protected]@attitudist.com) on 04 Jun 2024 and then 4 times on different dates I sent them e mail but all in vain . They neither responded on email nor conveyed or updated the details of dispatch of item. Definitely they are doing fraud with customers. They take the money and after that they become unresponsive. They also don't have any contact number to talk.

These people for money upfront and delayed more than 30days what they committed..This took more than 50 days and sent an email and opted for cancellation..Iam unable to register and locate my order for cancellation..also they don't have a phone number at all in website.

I applied gift card on that when the product is arrived they said paid all amount of this.Even i was not rejected the product i say the product is rejected by customer. Hello, I have placed an order from Attitudist footwear to try the product but when I received it is a worthless product, I have tried to return the product but the options in the website were not working, tried to exchange with chappals but within few days the exchange disappeared, it is a Fraud company and please take an action for cheating the customers, my order number is #876428

I had ordered Men's Brown shoes vide order no 866640 almost 2 months back. After one month, they delivered sport shoes which I never ordered. Since then I have been sending emails to them. Their customer care is pathetic and the kid of response they send can not be understood by any lay man. They asked me send message on whatsapp. It only sends auto generated messages that customer representative will call back. No one has called back. I paid Rs. 999 upfront. If they can not serve the customers, why do they even exist ?
can this complain be taken up seriously ?

I had ordered Men's brown shoes 2 months back. They delivered wrong product (sport shoes) and also collected money. Since then I have been sending emails to them for replacement / taking back wrong delivery. The kind of messages they revert with is beyond one's common sense. I see similar complaints from others. If their business is just to fool people, it is high time that your forum takes some action against them. Or like others, this will also just be kept in database without any action ?

I had ordered a pair of Shoes on Dec 3rd, 2023 from Attitudist and paid full Amount of Rs 999 with order no 854935 .The order was not delivered after more than One month.After follow up they have delivered totally diff item. I had placed an order for ATTITUDIST HANDCRAFTED DERBY GLOSSY BROWN LACE-UP SHOES WITH CRISS CROSS LACING FOR MEN on 13th Dec 23 and received a pair of Sneaker shoes on 16th Jan, 12:08pm.
I am not being able to raise a return request as the Fulfillment status is still being showed as Unfulfilled.
Have sent couple of emails to your team but no reply received yet.

I had ordered for a Attitudist handcrafted leather criss cross matte brown formal loafer peshawari shoes with a buckle for men in November.but received a substandard and high ankle plastic shoe on January 17th.The product that i had not ordered.
The pictures of the box with the footwear is attached. I tried reaching their support through the Whatsapp number and by email, but couldnt reach the agent nor did i get any response. I am unable to reach the company personnel by any means. Looks like they are doing it on purpose and cheating their clients

I have orderd through online in Attitudist for
ATTITUDIST HANDCRAFTED BROWN LEATHER SLIPPERS FOR MEN on 16/12/2023. I received a parcel on 17/01/24 and after opening I found that they have sent sandals instead of the said product and after that I have tried to contact them through WhatsApp message but till now I didn't get any response from their side...

On 11th December 2023, I have placed an order through online to Attitudist for Attitudist Handcrafted Oxford Black Plain Formal Lace up Derby Shoes With Cap Toe For Men and size was number six and on 15/01/2023 I received a parcel and after opening I found that they have sent sports shoes instead of the said product and after that I have tried to contact them through WhatsApp message but till now I didn't get any response from their side.

An order has been placed on December 4, 2023. The order includes - one pair Brown colour chalae boot for the price of 1154.23 INR (CoD). The order no of the products is 856098. On 10th January 2024, I have received an update regarding the dispatch of the products from the company wearhouse. However, I have received an wrong item on 12th of January 2024.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on December 9, 2023 and paid full amount of 1499/-. After a numerous wastup and email follow-ups they have delivered a totally different item after a month. I have been handling their affiliate marketing since Aug 23. I have a proper agreement in place with their founders. Even after delivering great numbers, the Attitudist team has denied to pay more than INR 04 lakhs against the revenue generated under my services.

I am writing to formally register a complaint against Attitudist Shoes regarding an online purchase made on 18/11/2024.

I have experienced significant issues with the product received, and my attempts to resolve the matter directly with Attitudist Shoes' customer service have been unsuccessful.

The primary concerns with the purchase are as follows:

Delayed Delivery: The shoes were delivered after a substantial delay of 35 days from the date of purchase, which has caused inconvenience and frustration.

Defective Product: Upon receiving the shoes, I discovered that they caused irritation and scratches on my leg, rendering them uncomfortable and unwearable. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue through Attitudist Shoes' customer service, I have been informed that my request for return/exchange falls outside the 7-day window specified in their return policy.

Customer Service Response: The customer service responses from Attitudist Shoes have been unsatisfactory, with a refusal to make an exception to their return policy, even considering the extenuating circumstances surrounding the delayed delivery and defects in the product.

I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including order confirmations, delivery receipts, and communication with Attitudist Shoes' customer service for your reference.

In light of the above, I kindly request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair resolution. I seek one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the Defective Product: I request a replacement of the defective shoes with a new, non-defective pair.
Refund of the Purchase Price: If a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund of the purchase price.
I trust in the Consumer Forum's commitment to protecting the rights of consumers, and I hope for a swift and just resolution to this matter.
