I have ordered a pair of shoes on December 9, 2023 and paid full amount of 1499/-. After a numerous wastup and email follow-ups they have delivered a totally different item after a month. Since then I have been following up with them to replace the same with no success. Nobody is responding, I feel its a fraud company and request you to protect the consumer interest.
