My issue regarding refund has not been resolved yet. Can I hope for a refund?

If railway ATVM machine is malfunctioning
and debiting passengers money, then it's railway duty to look into this matter seriously.

Complaint Ticket Id no is 19356664.

Ticket not dispensed through ATVM machine at Howrah on 9th May 2024 however money of Rs360 was debited.
If railway ATVM machine is malfunctioning
and debiting passengers money, then it's railway duty to look into this matter seriously.
