I joined AU Small Finance Bank on 15/04/2021 as a Deputy Manager after receiving my joining communication on my personal email.
On 29/04/2026, I was placed under suspension. However, throughout the suspension period and the alleged investigation process, I did not receive any communication regarding the investigation, charge sheet, inquiry proceedings, findings, or termination on my personal email.
In an effort to understand the status of my employment and the proceedings against me, I sent multiple follow-up emails from my registered email ID seeking clarification and information. Despite these repeated follow-ups, I did not receive any meaningful response, clarification, or update regarding the status of the investigation or disciplinary proceedings. The absence of communication left me completely unaware of the progress and outcome of the matter.
To the best of my knowledge, I was not provided with a fair opportunity to present my side before the final decision was taken. I was not called to explain my position, respond to the allegations, or participate in any inquiry proceedings.
On 16/06/2026, I came to know about my termination through my L1 Manager rather than through any direct official communication. Such an important employment decision should have been formally communicated to me by the organization.
The lack of communication, transparency, response to my follow-up emails, and opportunity to defend myself has caused significant harm to my professional career, reputation, and future employment prospects.
I respectfully request that the matter be reviewed and that AU Small Finance Bank provide copies of all documents relating to my suspension, charge sheet, investigation, inquiry proceedings (if any), findings, and termination decision. I also request an examination of whether due process, fair hearing principles, and proper communication procedures were followed in my case.
I am pursuing this matter before the appropriate labour and legal authorities and seek a fair and transparent resolution based on facts, records, and due process.
Thank you.
