I would like to inform you regarding the recent fraud transaction happened on 31st January 2024 on AU Bank Credit Card and I am unclear about the below mentioned transactions amounting to 1, 87, 199.35 INR incurred using my AU Bank Credit Card ending with *** 7956:

Interest rate of 7% promised on the savings account is, in fact, only around 5.5% due to the willfully wrong way of calculating it, and contra the statutory RBI directions on how to calculate interest.
As my complaints went unresolved, I was obliged to file a complaint for cheating before the magistrate. It is slated for hearing next week.
Depositors, especially senior citizens, should be watchful....

Bank staff do SIP in my account, but it's not reflecting in my account. I even call customer care and file complain, still my issue is not resolved. It's been 2 months and I am still facing the issue. Requesting you to look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible

I place cheque for clearing on 25 0f November .And it bounced or return .on 27 of November. And bank not giving me proper return paper or statement for cheque return or bouncing.

I called costumer care today at 3 pm. They told me full details of my loan emi 4 months pending. As I visited Belapur branch they told me that u have 5 months emi pending as i paid each emi time to time. I got recording of costumer care but they are not hearing anything thing. I want to solve my problem as earlier plz take some action otherwise I will put this recording and full details of this bank on social media...

They freezed my account on 1 October and just kept on no debit.and now they are not responding with solution just avoid my process and kept it pending for 22 days just blocked my money.very bad service provided by au small finance bank....

My above said loan account is lying with your bank, which was declared as NPA and later on in the month June, 2022 the above said account was settled for a sum Rs.8 Lakh and an amount of Rs.2.70 Lakh was got deposited as offer amount and remaining amount was to be deposited upto 05.07.2022 subject to final approval from higher authorities. Since 05.07.2022 i m regularly contacting the Bank officials for the deposit of amount but they are telling that till they have not received confirmation. I have arranged money from Arthi on interest kindly give confirmation and pass instructions to local staff for the same.

After getting all the information asking that services not available at your place as Aadhar and Pan are very sensitive information.

I have requested to close my new issued credit card from Call and over email also but after waiting over one month no any response received till date

1st I have request to close my Credit card over phone call, but not received any confirmation in 20 days than I have sent an email for the same but after about 10 days no any response received till date

Respected Sir,
i applied for Morgage loan amt 300000 in au small finance bank pratapgarh branch rajasthan 312605.
In which I asked to do the loan period in 60 installments of 5 years and told the said employee. But after cheating with me, the employee or his manager did it in 84 installments of 7 years or even approved the loan, for which I was not given any information.OR I was told the file charges 12390 by the branch employee Rahul Sharma or his manager Gautam ji but they deducted Rs 16123 from my loan AMT, which was not inform to me earlier.
So save me from this fraud that happened to me and send proper suggestions.

Au small finance bank formerly known as au financier india ltd. Is a totally employee psychological harass-mental company. Employer bound to work employee for more than 12 hrs to 18 hrs per day.
Employee leaves use to lapse but employer not use to approve leave.

Worst scenario can be seen after resigning from post. There are so many employee who is struggling for his fnf & relieving even after 12, 15 months of their...

This bank is deducted my amount in the name of non maintenance charge even thiig after i receive message i immediately maintain the balance and the wost part is they deducted 10% of the minimum.
This is totally fraud you guys never pay10% but deduct that without giving proper information and when i get call from cc they are telling foolish things and just speaking arrogant.

I am Malini Giri, I have bank Account in AU Small Finance Bank. I Have AMB Maintenance Balance in My Account, but they continuously deduct amount in my account. I think The Bank is Doing Fraud people, they are Big Scam in the Bank Industry.
