Hi All, This is to report illegal residential construction in Shree Colony, Kokanwadi, Aurangabad. We have already reported this on 15th July 2015, A hand written complaint was submitted under the name of "Upayukth" Municipal Corporation. The construction is in Shree Colony and the owner refuses to get any legal permission for the construction. The construction does not follow the guidelines by the government and has extended the construction in other premises as well. While the neighbors have raised a hue and cry about the construction the owner " Hemant Swami" has openly challenged the Shree Colony residents and is unwilling to follow government rules for the construction. We haven't seen any action from the set authorities and seek clarification as to why no action has been taken yet, inspite o[censored]s submitting a complaint on 15th July. its been over a month now. I hope the concerned authorities take action on this so that belief in the system is reassured. Kedar [protected]
