Description - charged two time for one bill. And even after 5 days of the incident i didn't get the refund. They are not even replying what is the issue and when i will get my money back. I talked to so many people including billing counter person, another person from the store named manas, manager (No is given), max customer care (3 different people). Sent mail so many times to help.[protected]@maxfashion.com. Still the problem is unresolved.

Resolution - need a refund as soon as possible.
