Some auto drivers in Kharghar have been overcharging the auto fares. Firstly, they do not operate on meters.
Secondly they overcharge.

This complaint is specifically with respect to Auto rickshaw number MH 46 AC 3423.
He overcharges from NMIMS to Railway Station by 80 Rs. More and is abusive and misbehaves towards passengers.
He also does not have valid license.

Pls stop him from operating...

We took a ride from baner to kondhwa on 20th May 2023. We had first tried booking Ola auto but got rejected. And the ola fare was showing as 300.

Finally got a regular auto. The driver said there is some work in progress in the city so took us from the highway even though we were not in favour of this.
Moreover his meter was faulty and we ended up paying 550.

Want to lodge a complaint against this rickshaw driver so that other customers are not cheated

I took an auto near the dahisar west railway station Mumbai-400068 at 11:30 am on 6 april and went on my destination but o forgot to take my bag and the driver started his auto and went away. I have been unable to find him can you please help me. It is a black coloured rectangular bag of a school 'Thakur Vidya Mandir high school and Junior college' located in thakur complex kandivali east Mumbai-400068. Please give my bag to the school or contact me through the reply section if you find it. Thanks

I travelled in an auto with the registration number KL08 Y 5096 from Ovungalpalli junction, chavakkad to Mukkutta, perakam and the driver charged Rs. 50 for the distance which is not more than 1 km. When i asked him what the minimum charge is and the distance covered for that, he started arguing and challenged me to complain.

I lost my bag while travelling from IISc main gate to Al Zara Mandi restaurant. It was kept in the luggage section behind the passenger seat. It was a navy blue Adidas bag and contains a metal bottle of about a litre quantity, a yellow notebook that contains my name and institute name at front page. There is also an umbrella, a spectacle case, few pens, a polo, a tictac, a sanitizer, blue earphone, a white c type charger and other essential items.
If found please return it at the main gate of IISc under my name.

I am a doctor working at MVJ Medical College hospital.
I took an auto from the hospital to hoskote bus stand on 4.10.22 at 8pm along with another colleague.
The driver asked for 60 rupees and we agreed thinking we will share the amount.
But at drop off point the driver asked 60 rupees from both o[censored]s separately..
We tried to argue but the driver forced us to pay.
Kindly look into the matter.

Asking for double fare after reaching destination and behaving vulgarly.

Autos in manipal don’t have working meters and keep talking rudely if their rates are questioned, they charge double after 7-8Pm and take 40 rupees for a distance of 700-800 metres. Really Need Uber or Ola in places like these where auto drivers are goons and loot the students who don’t want trouble. And Since students are usually not willing to look for a fight outside their home states, the drivers charge the students way too high and then drive rashly. The Auto drivers are rude and they need to penalised for this. During rainfalls, These auto drivers charge way too much and all of them conspire for same rates and are shameless in their acts.

This is to complain about high charges of auto rikshaw.

Today i took one auto ( KL 13 W 5697 ) from Thalassery Railway station to Ummenchira, thottummal, thalassery. Actually the distance from the boarding station Thalassery railway station to the destination place is 7.5 km. He owed me 240 rs. Asked about the charges he said its 11 km. He lied. I want to sue him. Please do the needful.

As per above mentioned subject, in Virar west Rs 20 per seat is charged for less than 2 kms(virar station to yashwant nagar). Also the auto drivers do not allow more than passengers and charge 20 from per person. Kindly look into the same.

This is to inform that in front of my shops rickshaw are parked illegally and several time informing they are not keeping any way to get the customer in the shops. They also shout at the shop keepers this is happening from last several months. All Rickshaw drivers are also giving bad words we also requested them to keep a rickshaw gap but no one is listening. as many of rickshaw drivers are also not there with proper papers.

Chargiy150 rupees for a two kilometres ride by autos cannot be justified, autos in sarath mall and hitech City refuse to take consumer as per the fare kindly take necessary action.

I boarded the rickshaw from Santacruz East - west bridge. I was headed towards Grand hyatt on pipe line road I reached grand hyatt the meter was beeping every 10 seconds making my fair from 30rs to 50 rs till I reached my destination which was not even 1 km.

Today evening Opposite to Shoprite, Ullal Road, Jnana Bharathi Post, Bangalore, Karnataka an auto Driver with his rash driving overtook and almost hit my Vehicle. We were having kid on the vehicle, so when we asked him, he and other auto drivers tried to prove us wrong and started saying, as we haven't fallen then why we are questioning him. Also the auto driver was drunk as we were able to smell bad breath from him, since he wasn't wearing a mask. When we took photo and tried to call police, the auto driver escaped from the site, leaving other auto drivers during argument. The Auto Number is KA41 C 0733. Please take some necessary action on him so he should never repeat the same with others.

I was travelling from Rithala to Paschim Vihar, Delhi on 22nd oct, 2021. i forgot to take the bag from that auto . i went back to Rithala auto stand the same day and yesterday and today too but, he was not there. i remembered the last four digit of the auto it is 2507. there were some very important govt documents, a new sim card, rs 500 and some other things in the bag.

*DOES NOT WEAR MASK* and when asked to wear it... They say we don't want to wear it and i[censored] like you can Sit in another Rick.

MH-43-BR-7816..there are The young guys who maybe doesnt have License also...and Argues for not wearing MASK..as we are still under COVID..
I request you to pls keep a Policemen near this area or atleast inform Traffic COP to be near the Area..

Complaing about faultymeter from vikroli i took rickshaw till vileparle it usally costs me 150 some where n his meter is not right as after 56 its firectly 60 and then 61 and then 64 like ssly

I am riding in auto no 7354 he is using wrong meter the fare charges are increased after 1.5 km instead of 2.5 km.

Driver of auto rickshaw mh-46bd 2033 and mh 46 ac 148y travel time 1.30 pm from panvel railway station towards kalyan. Do not had batch did not wear uniform. Talks arrogantly with my parents who are senior citizens.

Im from Ahmedabad . from narol side of Ahmedabad. here the rikshaws has fixed route 1.norol-jetalpur or 2.narol-lambha and for the second route fare is 15 ruppees before covid-19. In unlock 4 government has allowed rikshaws to take 2 passangers maximum. so the rikshaws has increased the for narol-lambha route 30 ruppes. And as a citizen we have agreed that. but now the rikshaw drivers fill 5-6 passengers and asks 30₹ fare too. thats not right. this includes some rikshaw drivers. i dont have the no.

The auto rickshaws in manipal campus (K. C. Circle) charges 60rs for a ride from kamath circle to dasharath nagar which is hardly 1.8-2km away..
Earlier they used to charge 40rs which was already more that the actual fare but now they are demanding 60rs. None of them use the digital metro in the vehicle and when question about the fare, they behave very rudely and straight away reject the ride.
Why does authority let these things happen?
Is there a way to complain against these issues?

Today i have taken auto from international mumbai airport, terminal 2, auto driver was drunk was started miss behaving, after asking to start rickshaw meter and asking very high charges. I paid inr300 just for 5km earlier was asking inr 480. This kind of auto should not be allowed on the road and especially on the airport, it gives very bad impression to outsiders.

My name is sneha, yesterday it was 7pm in evening i want to go to cummins college karvenagar to sighad college wadgoan, usally all the rickshaw man take 110 to 120 ruppes bt yesterday i want he took 240 by meter and there was no traffic it was hell i can tell you rickshaw number this is mot fare with us we are student any how it dosent cost this my plzz slove the problem

I took an auto from the railway station. I clearly mentioned my address. He agreed for 150₹. Then while reaching near to my location he said he won’t drive any further and he said that he will charge ₹50 for every 10 meters.. Then after taking with him for 2-3 mints he started abusing me.. He started using abusive language in his every sentence.. His number was gj 08 aw 4884

On 10.08.2019 at around 1645hrs., i wanted to travel in auto rickshaw from the auto rickshaw stand in front of alpha mall, vastrapur, ahmedabad but none of the driver was ready to take me at metered fare and demanded hefty amount equal to triple of the normal fare which is unlawful. I requested them to co-operate me as i had a small kid of one & half years aged and it was raining too but none of the autorickshaw drivers was ready to help me. I informed them that i will have to call police if they loot me like this. On this they told me to do whatsever i feel.

I called 100 police helpline but she informed me that this helpline is not about traffic complaint & i should call 1095. I informed the officer on duty at helpline that if i insist on travelling at metered fare & if these drivers manhandle me than would you take my complaint?

Anyway, then i called helpline on 1095. The officer on duty at this helpline told me to make the driver to talk to him but none of drivers was ready to talk to him. Then, he asked about the vehicle registration numbers of them. I gave him two numbers and offered him to numbers of all vehicles refused but he told me that it's sufficient. However, upto 1700hrs. No help came to me and i had to surrender to on of the unlawful demand of the one of the auto rickshaw driver.

I received a call from cell no.[protected] asking me whether i was still waiting there and if any help required. I informed the individual online that do you think that any sensible person will wait for the help in the rain without any cover. Moreover, by this time the drivers also came to know that i made a complaint to the police and they were staring at me as if they may manhandle me. There was no police found at the spot even though it was such a crowded place with heavy traffic and so called tight security in wake of removal of article 370 in j&k and forthcoming independence day (15th august).

In view of the above, i request your good office to take appropriate action against the auto rickshaw drivers, educate the officers on duty at helpdesk and direct to extend immediate help especially when it is awkward situation like it was raining and i had a small kid with me.

I want to complain against a rickshaw that dropped me from powai hiranandani to saki naka metro station which is 4 km distance.
Distance between hiranandani kensington gate 2 to saki naka metro station is 4 km, but his meter showed 4.7 km which clearly says meter is not correct. Your fare and waiting time can vary, but distance will never change.
Auto driver refused to admit his meter was wrong.
Please note i have been taking the same route since 2 years on every weekday. I refused to pay the incorrect fare but he refused to return the balance and started arguing with him.

I called saki naka police station and versova rto office at the same time, but unfortunately and as usual no body picked up the call.

Request you to take strict action on this asap.

I took an auto from kharghar station to hiranandani. The regular fare is 20 buck, if you take the whole rickshaw yourself.

This was a sharing rickshaw, and there were 3 other people with me in the rick.

The fare should have been divided equally amongst us.

However, the rick driver charged 20 buck a piece from all individuals.

I need to complaint about Auto Rickshaw Overcharging. I took and auto from Pangappara to Kochuveli railway station (10 KM) and the auto charged Rs 250/-
When i argued he was was not ready to start the journey and i had no otoipn and was late to catch a train and finally had to gave the amount. Also this driver switch off the meter when we started journey.

The Auto Rickshaw from Pangappara (Trivandrum) are always Overcharging

Also, 4 people are sitting in the front seat along with him; where the auto driver is sitting on the lap of another passenger.
When asking about video call, he is so ignorant.
