Auto Rickshaw Drivers — loss of aiims treatment file | |||
On 27.11.2018 my daughter pinki ambaweta hired a auto rickshaw bearing no.6836, 6856 or 6876, i am not sure from aiims (Entry gate) to shakurbasti railway colony (Rani bagh) at about 10.50 hrs am. She was carrying the file which contains the documents aiims card, test reports etc. Since start of her treatment in aiims i. E. November, 2014 or so and forgotten to take that file with her while getting down at rani bagh railway colony. The aiims card is having my mobile number [protected] printed on it. I would request the concerned auto driver or any person who will found these documents may please inform me on my mobile number [protected] as these are most important documents for me to take further treatment.
