We depend on public transport here, autorickshaw's here in trivandrum charging higher prices than meter rate without any proper reason. We give round off amount on meter price still they ask us more to pay. They have already setup a rule that we need to pay extra price after 8pm, still in day time also they are charging almost 20% to 30% extra on meter price.
If we dont know the language they will say some reason and wont return the balance money to us. If we ask them the reason they shout and scold us back. Road towards our home is always damaged/under construction they charge us more on this reason too. We are facing many issues like this on our day to day life.
Please take necessary action.
