Auto — Unfair Charges

I hired an Auto (Auto No. : TS 13U C5025) from Ashok Nagar near Sahara Bakers to Musheerabad on[protected] at around 1pm. We both agreed the fare for Rs. 70/- which was demanded by the Auto Driver. All of Sudden, I got a call and so I had to visit a place near Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Gandhinagar which is a nearby location from Ashok Nagar. So, I said to the driver that I need to visit the place near Vijaya Diagnostic Centre at Gandhi Nagar and from there you are supposed to drop me at Musheerabad and I will pay the extra fare for the route. He agreed and we started from Ashok Nagar. We reached Vijaya Diagnostic Centre at Gandhi Nagar and there it took 5minutes Waiting time for the auto driver. Then we started from Gandhi Nagar and reached the destination at musheerabad. After getting down the auto the driver demanded to pay Rs. 200/- I refused totally because the demanded fare is too high. I said I will pay an extra of Rs. 50/- in addition to the agreed fare of Rs. 70/- which totals to Rs. 120/- . The driver denied and started speaking informally. I was trying to negotiate with the fare he demanded but then he started using filthy language and was speaking arrogantly. I said if you speak in such a bad tone I need to complain about you and your auto to the concerned authority. He said do whatever you want and took Rs. 180/- which is totally a unfair fare to be charged and left the place. So, I request you to kindly take necessary action on this issue as the fare he charged was completely not reasonable and also his attitude towards a customer is completely arrogant.
