when asked the person, he had no clue of what am i taking.

I went to vijaya diagnostics for NIPT testing. They outsource their samples to Neuberg diagnostics and are not capable of NIPT. They after spending 14 days and me after going through mental trauma did not come back with a result and asked for a repeat draw.

This time we went all the way to vijaya Himayatnagar for quicker dispersal of samples and the manager there promised that he would deliver the results in 7 days. After multiple...

Me and my Mother have undergone RTPCR test on 23rd Jan 2022. When we called customer care regarding the bill they are saying that they will be providing over email/whatsapp(we are covid +ve) and not sending us. Everytime we call them they give different response like come to the branch etc.

I booked slot for collection of blood sample for my mother
As she had to get her CBP, CRP and FBS tested.

I requested them that pls send someone on urgent basis as my mother is not able to get up from the bed.

They confirmed the slot on 12th August no body turned up
I again booked on 13th August yet no body turned up.

Very disappointing service by so called leading diagnostic...

I have booked for home sample collection for my parents Shri K Nageshwar Rao and Smt K Syamala Devi on 22/07/2021# 0645 slot. Till 0830 hrs nobody came and when I called customer care(Hyderabad)) they said due to rains this problem has occurred. Then I asked them to reschedule my booking to 23/07/2021 #0645 slot was again confirmed to me. We have given sample for rtpcr test at kphb 6th phase branch and didn’t receive the reports even after mentioned time. When we try to call the contact number nobody will answer. Worst COVID center. I suggest not to go for COVID test here. Money will be collected but reports will not be provided on time. There will be delay in reports....

We have given sample for Covid test at Vijaya Diagnostics Hyderabad. They promised to give results within 36 hours. Presently it crossed 50 hours still there was no response from them. Calling customer care has got no use. On calling to customer care, some person picks up and gives some random time but the results never came.

Very bad service from Vijaya Diagnostics...

I have requested for a refund of the amount paid for a service that is not utilised.
While billing, the billing guy insisted on taking 2 bills as that would help them increase the bill counts.

The refund request was placed on 21st November for both the bills.

I have taken vijaya diagnostics home sample collection appointment for some blood tests on 25-jul-2020. The sample was collected by the technician on 25-jul-2020 saturday morning. The technician collected cash (They said they take only cash) for the tests (21000 rs). The reports were supposed to come by saturday evening.
Then starts the nightmare. 26-jul sunday morning i called their customer care that i didnt get the reports/link...

They charged excess without intimating the customer...first they told as treatment cost 6300 and i paid advance of 3300..again after 3 days guy name called Umesh told order has some issue and he need to re- order again

Next day my brother_in_law went made payment 3000 but this time they charged 10000 which was not informed to me nor to my sister and called number of times to name called Umesh he didn't told us about increase...

Recently i made a test (Semen analysis - dt: 18/09/19) in our diagnostic center located in himayath nagar, hyderabad. While paying the fee amount (Due to may be technical error) from my credit card (Ending no.: 6543) there was two times of amount deduction as follows:
1. 1700 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
2. 600 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
But the test cost is (Semen analysis)...

I did a master health checkup in vijaya daignostic centre, i dont know whether to trust these bluff masters or not. The result of tsh through clia method is showing 8.72 when i consult the other doctor and did the re-test in other diagnostic centre its showing 4.75. Let us know who and how to take action against vijaya diagnostics.

Now i cannot trust other reports and i wasted my amount as well as i got mentally disturb by...

My wife given blood sample for analysis of thyroid. But the sample results given wrong and the doctor who tested this name dr. Sara i asked her but she was saying dont give sample here. We trusting on vijaya diagnostics and doctora are suggesting to do test here but this type of issues are going our money waste and surgery postponed. Please let us know vijaya is trustable. If we ask them to come for sample collection home, they should charge an amount for all the tests in one go. I got tsh done which is 200 and home charges is 150 and my dad got rbs which is 90 and charge is 150. Does this make sense in any angle. We use home services to avoid cab charges and they are charging almost 3 times the cab charge which is ridiculous....

Stupid nurses with black thin body complex... I have requested to Dwaw blood with Dispovan . She didn't listen at all. I was filling some form . They are reusing the needle holder.
And for me they have used the opened needle . I think she has used the used needle for me .

Test I did yesterday in Chandanagar Branch . This is not good at all... Dispovan cost is 2-3 rupees they can use ..
