In malkajgiri Hyderabad vijaya diagnostic centre I have given blood sample for thyroid test. For report I went to centre after noon they said report not generated, again evening 8 O clock they said report still not generated and come tomorrow . This is not fair please consider my complaint and take action...

Wrong, misleading and incomplete information given regarding the test. Unnnecessary prolonged waiting hours in fasting with diabetes and hypertension. Bad behaviour of the staff with the patient....

We Lalitha Clinic, Yapral, Secunderabad, Telangana, have received a cheque from Vijaya Diagnostics as a referral amount. But as of that surname was diffent as per pan card and bank details, we have been resubmitted to your marketing person Mr. Anjaneyulu in the month of May and till today we didn't get any information from him. When I called him today 25.10.23, he is asking a self-declaration letter for what the reason for change is...

On 31.08.2023 I have taken my baby to tests and they charged it ₹.2, 809/- and today I went for the same tests and now they charged me ₹.4, 870/-. I went to vijaya diagnostics for NIPT testing. They outsource their samples to Neuberg diagnostics and are not capable of NIPT. They after spending 14 days and me after going through mental trauma did not come back with a result and asked for a repeat draw.

The executives wont come in time, we have booked test (Prolactin / tsh / hba1c /order no. My sister had undergone MRI scan at Vijay diagnostic center on Tuesday to check that the egg is in the fallopian tube. The radiologist did the scan and gave the report that its not present. Have booked medical for my father who is 73 Yrs ( Diabetic/ Throid /Vericous veins issue) . We booked Medicals through CC [protected] for HbA1C, fasting and post glucose for 10am ( 22nd June ) . To our surprise and pain nobody turned up till 12.30pm and no one from Vijaya Diagnostic even bothered to inform for delay, now my father who is a patient has been on fasting till 12.30pm, isn’t shame on part of Vijaya Diagnostic to make a patient...

I went for master checkup last week and everything is fine. But 2decho is not available doctor is not available. What if my condition is urgent...

I have contacted Vijaya diagnostic centre on Saturday regarding brain MRI scan timings they have informed it will start at 6o clock and we have planned travel based on that from long distance once reached centre they mentioned it would start at 10. This test has to be done with fasting. If they could have mentioned earlier the actual date of test start that would definitely help us...

At the time of booking and appointment we were asked to come to scanning at 10.30 and even garter 11.30 they were not calling for scanning and even after informing about patient condition staff is least bothered

B N reddy diagnostics Center is the worst and I woul recommend critical patient not to prefer Vijaya diagnostics for any kind of test.

As a long-time customer of your diagnostic centre, I have always been satisfied with the quality of your services. However, the recent incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and unhappy.

I have given a blood sample for 5days test (blood culture) on 09/04/2023 at 07:49 hours at Vijaya, gurudwara branch, Visakhapatnam.

Report has been sent to my mobile number through link on 11/04/2033 at 14.33 hours mentioned in report as " No aerobic bacteria found after 5 days of incubation.

How they can send report on after 2 days mentioned as they completed 5 days in the report.

I have given the CT scan test on Saturday on 22 April and they have promised me to provide the report on same day at 2pm. I have been chasing the people since 2 days but response yet. I have the appointment with Doctor today at 10 am and there is an emergency. This is really frustrating...

The VIJAYA DIAGNOSTIC has not given report of CEA even after 35Hrs. (The test requires 8 hrs only)

THEY ARE TELLING THAT THE REPORT MAY BE GIVEN ONLY AFTER 48 HRS!!!

It hampered my schedule and I am worried about my father!!...

A test, CEA was booked for my father on 11.04.2023. The sample collected at 9:00 am on 11.04.2023.

This test is very important, as the report is needed plan for treatment plan.

Now the time is 8:00pm, date 12.04.2023. Still the report is NOT issued!! Total 35 Hrs elapsed for a test which hardly takes 8 Hrs to report from the sampling time.

I undergone USG today morning at aakruti town ship branch, registration I'd[protected], and requested them to collect the report at uppal branch, they said us to collect the report by evening, when I reached uppal branch at 7 pm, they said they didn't received the report, and called the aakruti town ship branch, they said they will be sending report within 20 minutes, but even by 8 20 pm, they didn't sent the report, on contacting them...

I am waiting for a period of 2 hours for chest xray ...after that the technician has come ..
