I recently subscribed for car cleaning with autobrix (Car cleanse) and paid ₹999 for 3 months.
My service started on 15th feb 2020 and only on few days they cleaned the car, after that nobody cleaned my car.
I have reported the issue couple of times and asked for refund but they never callback.
Please help me with the issue and get my money refunded.

Some guy called me after that and he mentioned that he is calling from Autobrix and he can help me out in processing my refund from Autobrix. He mentioned over the phone he can generate the voucher online and asked me to go to google pay and instructed me to complete the refund process while I was on phone... Asked me to open the Gogle pay app and select SEND money to his UPI account. I sensed it immediately, there is something wrong going on. I literally shouted on him, finally he started abusing me and closed the call.
Guys please be aware of these frauds and make a note of [protected]@gmail.com email and don't respond to it and don't entertain any calls to do any online transactions.
