[Resolved]  Autocop India Pvt. Ltd. — harassment given by company

Dear sir,

There is an complaint about autocop india pvt ltd. Regarding a device purchased from dealer from karol bagh, delhi in 2016 but due to my car was not in same city installation couldn't done till 2 years.in this time period i have tried to install this device from local shops but they have denied and said it can only be done by the brand.in september 2018 my car came in delhi and i have called brand customer service so they denied to provide installation and said to me that we are providing installation only to dealers so please contact your dealer from where you have purchased it if he give us a request we'll do it. After that i called dealer and he said that we'll raise a request and he did it also. Than autocop people called me and asked me to remove back guard without back guard installation cant possible so i have asked the to wait 3 days. After 3 days while i called them they denied to give service, while i asked the reason they said we'll not provide you installation. It’s made me frustrated and i drop and rude email to autocop company which is attached. Same day i received call from company and they started threatening me that how come you have used fake company word in email. Then they said person will visit today for installation and he came and said there are some parts are missing and without those parts installation can’t be done. Again i visited to shop and purchased parts as per autocop people told me and again autocop person came and said this device can’t be installed. I called dealer again and he asked me to bring my car, i went there and device installed in my car successfully without removing back guard and there were just sensor missing and as per dealer without sensor also device could be install.

It means autocop company was trying to make us fool. I sent some emails to company and instead of apologizing they asked me to write an apology emails and they are issuing a legal notice of rs 100 cr.

For this harassment if something goes wrong with me autocop people will be responsible.

I have some points which they are not ready to listen:
1. After warranty company is responsible to provide service if customer is ready to pay charges, no one can’t denied because i am not asking free service and i was ready to pay charges whatever they wanted.
2. I am a customer and give positive or negative feedback anywhere in social sites no one can’t stop me to share - ve reviews.
3. How come a company send a legal notice of 100 cr rupees to customer for just sharing reviews in social media.

Now i request you to file a complaint against the company to harass mentally to the customer, since the company asked compensation of rs 100 cr its effecting my day to day business and personal life.
Due to this i am mentally disturb.
