Dear sir,
There is an complaint about autocop india pvt ltd. Regarding a device purchased from dealer from karol bagh, delhi in 2016 but due to my car was not in same city installation couldn't done till 2 years.in this time period i have tried to install this device from local shops but they have denied and said it can only be done by the brand.in september 2018 my car came in delhi and i have called brand customer service...

Regarding Sim activation
Dear Sir,
I am working in Autocop India Pvt. Ltd. and we are using corporate connection ( Our account no : :[protected].and mobile no which i am using = [protected].
Since january i am facing problem regarding sim activation , As we have already submitted document to Mr. Surya ( who is working in airtel as a sales person ) again but after few days same problem came out .
Now we are calling to our sales person...
