Hi,
I am using an Autocop product "Autocop Tracker Classis". Since around 10 months my Device has stopped working. It is not showing any device information. I initiated follow-ups for the this matter by sending mails to autocop trackpro team, but till now I have not received any input from the trackpro-support team. I have paid the renewal amount also, but neither my device is working nor the amount has been refunded. Kindly inform when my renewal amount will be refunded to me.
