I initiated follow-ups for the this matter by sending mails to autocop trackpro team, but till now I have not received any input from the trackpro-support team. I have installed an autocop scorpio gear lock with 5 years warranty in dec 2016. Currently, i am facing a problem with my gear lock which not working properly.

I have been trying to get my central locking of my vehicle repaired from the past two months. The service guy named milind keeps on delaying and even ignores calls. I have even been kept on waiting while he is attending some other calls but doesn’t even reply back. Very bad customer service.
