I have ordered Ford Endeavour Chrome Line Door Visor / Wind Visor, Set of 4 Pcs, the amount of Rs.1500 in www.autoglam.in. I made a payment through net banking. But till today, they did not contact me through email or phone calls. Also, I did not get anything regarding the shipping of my order. when I called them to ask about the delivery status of my order, they told me to send a WhatsApp message on the following number. +91 [protected]. I waited for almost 4 days but still, I didn't get any reply from them. Thereafter I called them on the following number +91 [protected], a lady was the response to the call and she told me to look on WhatsApp. Every time I call, they promised to inform me of the details of my order shipment. But, till today there is no action from their side.
