Absolutely pathetic service..
Before ordering confirmed the availability of the part..
Once confirmed they asked for full upfront payment amd informed it will be shipped with a day or 2..
Post making the payment they shared a different number to contact for shipping details..
contacted them they informed will shipped shortly.. no proper update even after regular follow-up finally sent someone to there location...

I ordered Suzuki Jimny grill from Autoglam website on[protected]. I paid Rs 7400/. They provided me with a number to contact for dispatch and shipping details. I contacted said number. They keep avoiding my queries, saying excuses like shipping panel is down. This has been going on for three weeks. I tried their instagram profile, but they keep ignoring me as well.

I bought polo headlight from autoglam.in, paid full amount of rs 36500. Its 2 months now received nothing. They are not even refunding my money and whenever asked they just say we are dispatching. They even sent me fake delivery site with fake consignment number.

They are just replying that we will send but they are doing nothing. Its a big fraud company. They even shared fake delivery site and consignment number with me and then said that delivery company had technical issues.

I bought it and pay half payment but after one month i did not get refund or product

Ordered an armrest for my Wagon R with advance of ₹419.70 on 20 September 2023 but still didn't receive any call from their neither the product. A big fraud company Shame on them how they can feed their family by doing such cheating

I have ordered Honda city lights and pay half of the money. It’s been 3 months and whenever enquire they will send it within 2 or 3 days. These guys are frauds. Don’t get scammed by buying their products from their website Autoglam.in. Be careful.

I purchased online a spoiler for 2010 Honda Civic on July 5th 2023 (Order number AG[protected]. I have called them several times on July 18th and emailed them to get updates on my order. Im not getting any response. I had emailed again after about a month to get updates. And still there was no one picking up the call nor responding my emails. It is now August 21st 2023. More than 45 days and no response at all from their side. It is ridiculous that these people are allowed to continue scamming customers on the internet. I earnestly plead the Consumers affairs to take strict action since there are many more people who have been scammed like me

I'd ordered swift diffuser almost 20 days back. But I'm not getting proper status regarding my order and even they are not responding genuinely through whatsapp. Every time when I call they say to whatsapp, but through whatsapp they are not replying properly.
Very bad customer service I've seen till date. I need legal action has to be enforced to these people to save society in future.

I order projector headlights for my swift on 26 July I paid fully money 29400 through e-card payment from that it’s 11 days they not answering my call not reply my message on WhatsApp plss get my money back or the product

I ordered Evoque-style headlights for my ecosport on 08th July 2023 guided by the sales executive Lakshmi to proceed for an online payment of ₹ 8700 to Atul Rahi(The owner) after which she said further instructions will be done by the shipping team. Autoglam on their website have mentioned the said product will reach within 6-7 business days. Today's it's 18 July 2023. Every other day I have contacted them they reply with their problems, store is under construction, shipping panel is down and so on. They have made their promises of shipping it tomorrow and that day never came. Even after so many people have reported them they are still running their business and cheating customers. I wonder if they are using these money for fraudulent/ terrorist activities. I see that even the local authorities are not taking any action against them despite so many have been cheated.

I request all those who have been deceived to come forward and raise a case against these cheats who don't even respect their customers.

I am a part of a union and can take forward this matter to higher authorities. They must be punished and should be bought under the law to repay our money with interest and compensation for the harrasment provided.

Every other car enthusiasts should put up an alert on their car page so that they can stop cheating people of their hard money.

I also urge people to post their complain at Cyber crime official website so that even the local authorities are made aware of their illegal practices.

After the telecon I have purchased a City Honda Spoiler using online platform of Autoglam on 14th June'23 & paid 30% amount as per their offer, but still I did not received the item. First 15days after the order they give me different excuses such as too many order we received, office renovation work is going on, item colour is in progress etc that's why the dispatch getting late. But now neither they pick up the phone nor reply the WhatsApp too.

I don't know whether I get the item or not. But requesting to shut their such types fraud activity & save the innocent upcoming buyers please.

Ordered a Abs Sports Imported roof Spoiler for Ertiga(2023 MODEL) on June 2, 2023 with order id: #AG-1351023. I asked them regarding the appropriate delivery date of the same before placing the order and they had informed that it would get delivered within 5 days. And that's why I had transferred the advance money. But till now they hadn't responded to my calls or messages except I was asked to wait. They are not even ready to give a proper update on my order. Highly unprofessional way of doing business by not even delivering and updating the status on time.

I have ordered headlights and taillights for my polo and paid 31500 as advance amount through UPI trusting them watching videos on YouTube. They said they will deliver it in 8 days but haven’t delivered yet. I have ordered on 23 Jan 2023 and now I am writing this on 1 March 2023. I kept calling them but they haven’t answered my calls and threatened me of not sending orders if I keep calling them and then they blocked me. I am asking them to refund my amount but still they ignore to do it so. I request this team to solve my problem. Autoglam is very rude to me and threatening. Kindly please look after it.

Sales lady told me that the product will be dispatched the next day and the shipping team will contact me via Whatsup.
It’s already a week now
Still they build up stories saying some server issues ect
They have given me the tracking ID of the shipment. But that totally useless
Autoglam has not delivered the product to the DELHIVERY courier

I ordered Audi-style headlights for my polo on October 27 at first they were very cooperative but after I did an online payment of ₹ 34720 they said it will reach u within 6-7 days business but after 6 days they started to just ignore all the messages and they said they had 2 departments 1st is only for payments and the 2nd is where you contact for shipping details today is November 11 till today they haven't shipped the parcel they don't...

Absolute Frauds. Never ever buy from them. So I had ordered woodenkit, tailight & headlight cover and roof rails for my Elite i20. They delivered damaged product. But the head of the autoglam told that he will replace the faulty parts as soon as possible. After that they are not responding via call/message around 2.5 months.

So I had ordered custom spoiler for car and made full payment of Rs. 4310/- on 2nd August 2022 via UPI. Initially they said painting and curing would take 4-5 days but it has been 48 days now and I haven't received the product. Every day or two I have asked order status and they replying only "wait sir", "coming in 2-3 days" or no response most of the time. If I try to call their number, then they tell me to send message on whatsapp only and quickly hangup my phone. Two weeks ago I warned the seller that I will share my experience to public and then after 2 days he sent me shiprocket tracking number and again vanished. The item is not pickup yet and Delhivery says "Shipment not ready for pickup" and no response from seller. In this site I see many people have lost money on Autoglam and Unfortunately I didn't see this website on time and now I regret it. Autoglam is doing regular PR on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook to lure in customers, loot their money and never send the products they have ordered. If anyone tries to disclose this in their channel/page then it will be removed or hidden from public. They must be be stopped as soon as possible and customers money should be recovered.

My order no 9493 which I have ordered i20 spoiler on 28 aug 22 n paid ₹4080 through net banking n till now no shipping details n after payments they don't even reply my text or call pliz help me.

Absolute Frauds. Never ever buy from them. I placed an order for honda city spoiler on 1-July-2022. While they were very prompt in replying before the order was placed, it was a completely different story once the payment is made. They delayed the shipping by a month (reached on 3-Aug-2022) and there is no way to call or escalate. They only respond with random messages in whatsapp about your order. When the shipment reached after a month, I saw the product was damaged and broken. It also looked used. Its been a month since and they have stopped responding to whatsapp messages. My money is stuck and these frauds give a damn. If you are reading this, please do not deal with them ever.

I have ordered an item ID # 8832 and paid Rupees 4265 on 21/06/2022 and till date i.e; 13/07/2022 there is neither any information nor any update of the product. Whenever I trying to call them they only respond on WhatsApp saying that we will update you soon. They are neither refunding my money also .They are cheaters and bankrupt never ever buy anything from them.I have call recording also what's they said but the format does not support for uploading.

Bhai logo kabhi bhi autoglam se product order nahi karna paise lene ke bad reply nahi karte delivery nahi karte iske dhamki bhi dete hai as customer mai aapko apna experience bata raha hu bad ame phone le gali bhi dete hai
