Automax Honda — False Commitments

I booked Honda City CVT on 14th Sep 2014 and has been told that the vehicle will be delivered in 9-10 weeks. Despite my various follow ups the vehicle is still not delivered and the dealer told me that he will confirm in first week of Feb 2015 that whether they can deliver it even in Feb or not. During this time the dealer keep telling me that they are not getting the color I booked from Honda and it is Honda not the dealer that is at fault. Now the are telling me that I also need to pay 50, 000 extra as the prices are hiked. I was supposed to get my vehicle in mid Dec 2014 but it is mid Jan and I still don't have my vehicle and now the also want me to pay extra as they were not able to keep up their commitment. This is highly disappointing and so not like HONDA.
