Autovikas — Tata safari/ complaint against AUTOVIKAS Najafgarh road Delhi

I booked Tata Safari XT on 15/02/2022 & was promised the delivery within 15 to days. But till date 14)02/2022 not received the vehicle.
It was clearly mentioned by me I need the vehicle urgently by 20 days.
And these people don't tell the truth, whenever I call they reply will let u know in hour or so or linger on me for the next day, but the never revert . Only U have call again and again & again the answer is same will let u know by giving me different times but never revert .l have to visit from such a long distance to your irresponsible dealer to know the status of my vehicle again they say will let u know by tomorrow morning but no revert by them, I visited on 11/02/2022 till today 14/02/2022 by 7-23 pm no revert from these people., & this all is going from last ten days, just making fool of the customer by telling all untruthful answers.
I clearly told my guest are coming from Canada to see my daughter for their Son, but they are least bothered.
We are harrassed & having a fear of insult as our guest are arriving very soon now.
We are not able to manage our routine work due to this, these people made us ill,
My family members & mysely are suffring from bad health & fear of insult . Instead of happiness to buy a new vehicle v are sad depressed & loosing our health.
It's really bad experience to buy your vehicle.
Please deliver my vehicle max by 15 th or 16th of March.
